I am really excited to start our Fit in Fifteen program beginning January 11th. There are a few items that need to be done prior to starting the class and these include:
1. pictures and measurements
2. ParQ( general health questionnaire),
3. waiver signed and dated
4. Commitment Contract signed. Don’t be scared. The commitment contract is simply a piece of paper that you and I complete that states SPECIFIC goals that you would like to reach by the end of Fit in Fifteen. Remember a goal has both a time frame (fifteen sessions in our case) as well as measurable performance components. For example, “I want to lose weight” is NOT a goal…..BUT “I would like to reduce my bodyfat by 3% from 28% to 25% by the end of January is a specific, measurable GOAL. Your goals can include topics such as “increasing energy mid day from a 2/10 to a 5/10.
