		<title>Fit in Fifteen</title>

		<description><![CDATA[I am really excited to start our Fit in Fifteen program beginning January 11th.  There are a few items that need to be done prior to starting the class and these include:

   1. pictures and measurements
   2. ParQ( general health questionnaire),
   3. waiver signed and dated
   4. Commitment Contract signed.  Don't be scared.  The commitment contract is simply a piece of paper that you and I complete that states SPECIFIC goals that you would like to reach by the end of Fit in Fifteen.  Remember a goal has both a time frame (fifteen sessions in our case) as well as measurable  performance components.  For example, "I want to lose weight" is NOT a goal.....BUT  "I would like to reduce my bodyfat by 3% from 28% to 25% by the end of January is a specific, measurable GOAL.  Your goals can include topics such as "increasing energy mid day from a 2/10 to a 5/10. ]]></description>

You can even have a goal as simple as &#8220;I want to      attend 14 out of 15 sessions giving an average of 80% effort for      all sessions.&#8221;  Keep in mind, these goals are YOUR goals,      not mine.  Make them meaningful to you.  They can even be      &#8220;health based&#8221; , such as I want my blood pressure or Resting      heart rate to decrease by &#8220;X&#8221; %  or &#8220;X&#8221; bpm by      the end of the fifteen sessions.  You get what I mean.        Please start brainstorming what your goals might be.  I will be there      to help you achieve them and also to help you determine what is realistic      in this time frame.</li>

<p>In addition, many of you have expressed interest in another  program, called Isagenix, that I have been using myself.  The Isagenix program is a unique cellular cleansing system which floods the body with a high level of essential nutrients with the side benefit of losing pounds and inches. <p>Lastly, please contact me to schedule a time to complete the above list as soon as possible.  It should take approx 15 minutes per person.  As for the Isagenix program, contact me ASAP if you would like to become part of my 30 day journey concomitantly with the Fit in Fifteen program so that you have time to order your products.  The cost for the 30 program is approximately 299 plus shipping.  I will need to confirm that price as the end of the year is approaching and I&#8217;m not sure what the company plans are for 2010.  When I did it in November, it really seemed reasonable to me since it broke down to less than 5/meal for 60 meals plus the supplements to boost your immune system, boost your energy, and maximize cleansing hence release of fat and toxins are included. If you are seriously considering this, let me know so that I can send you an easy to follow &#8220;mapped&#8221; out monthly view of how this 30 day program works and what you will need to do to order your products. This is not a &#8220;Beach City Fitness&#8221; program, but I am more than willing to provide any support you need to get started.</p>
